It was a great pleasure doing business with Magnext. We were in an emergency situation due
to a backup library tape drive failure and needed immediate replacement drives. We found Magnext
thru a search on eBay. Our initial concerns on doing business with a company selling (very expensive)
IT equipment for comparably low prices thru eBay where completely wiped out after this transaction.
Our calls were answered immediately and we felt that we were talking with knowledgeable customer service
representatives. The replacement drives where shipped overnight as requested and arrived well packaged
in our office the next morning. The drives worked immediately and we were able to continue our daily backup
routine within minutes. The shipment went out even before the credit card could be processed due to a spelling
error in the billing address on our end. We will definitely keep Magnext in mind should we need IT equipment in another emergency situation.

We had looked for several weeks to find a part for our tape drive.
Even the manufacturer told us that the item was out of production and that we wouldn't be able to find it.
Then one lucky web search led us to Magnext - who had the right part, at the right price.
I actually called (because I couldn't believe I'd found the right one!)
to verify that this was the part we were looking for. I spoke with a very nice
member of the service department who reviewed the specs and assured me that we were ordering the
right one. He also explained the return policy, in case anything was wrong.
Just a few short days after finding Magnext, we had our part, and a
happy functioning tape drive! Thanks to everyone at Magnext for such a great team
and for having our part in stock!

We were looking to fill up the empty slots in our HP p-class blade centers and were having problems locating the BL25p models. Apparently HP decided to EOL that model and the supply dried up quickly.
A few searches later we found some listed on eBay. Magnext seemed to have a few for sale, and we sent them email requesting some information. They responded promptly and within a few days we had our BL25p's.
